The creator of Ninja Gaiden and Dead or Alive prepares his return What can we expect from Itagaki?

His latest work was Devil’s Thirds for Wii U, which also adapted its online mode to the PC.

Responsible for the great Xbox Ninja Gaiden and also the creator of the Dead or Alive series , Tomonobu Itagaki has written a message on Facebook in which he implies that we will soon have news of this fantastic Japanese creative, whose last work was a Devil’s Third of Wii U that did not reach the desired success or the expected quality.

“I feel my long absence. See you soon!” Itagaki has written on social media, creating more questions than answers. Does the author of Ninja Gaiden work in a new game? Will it be the protagonist of the imminent Microsoft X019 in London? What can we expect from your new project? In his day, he took advantage of one of the best facets of Devil’s Third to take his multiplayer to the PC, although the game did not leave Japan.

The latest news we have of the Japanese creative dates from almost a year ago, when Itagaki promised to open a new studio in Italy in order to create high-budget video games. It only remains to wait to know what the future of one of the most talented and creative Japanese creatives of the videogame industry is.
