Unless something unexpected happens, Samsung will likely unveil its Galaxy S25 lineup in the coming weeks. For years, the South Korean company has been introducing its new flagships in January, as it can take advantage of the post-Christmas slump and kick off the tech year simultaneously. As a result, rumours are circulating about the Galaxy S25 Ultra, a phone that is supposed to improve on all the features of its predecessor.

As Android Authority points out, images of a Galaxy S25 Ultra mock-up have leaked.

The images aren’t the best quality (see link below), but they do show the changes to the exterior design well. However, regarding the configuration of the rear cameras, Samsung has decided to keep a similar arrangement, but with a slight modification: it has built concentric rings on the lenses, a design inspired by the Galaxy Z Fold 6 instead of the S24 Ultra.

One of the most talked about aspects of the Galaxy S25 Ultra design is that Samsung has modified the design of the device’s corners. They are now less pronounced and rounded. This is an attempt to improve ergonomics and grip. In addition, the device’s design will have flatter side bezels and a practically flat screen. This is again a departure from previous versions. However, it is unlikely that it will come with a pre-installed screen protector, as the company’s trend is in this direction.

Thanks to the above changes, the S25 Ultra is expected to be less uncomfortable to hold in your hand than previous Ultra models. It’s essential to keep in mind, however, that these mock-ups are just to give us an idea of what the final design will look like. This could change in the final product (as we saw with the used iPhone without a logo that appeared in China). Either way, hopefully, Samsung will reveal details about the upcoming Galaxy S25 line soon, and we’ll know everything about the smartphone series.

Rounded corners, more ergonomic design: this is what the Galaxy S25 offers
