The franchise is now owned by Microsoft, so the Redmond company may decide to add more than just the latest installments to the subscription service.<\/h4>\n

Several Call of Duty episodes that weren’t previously on the company’s store have popped up on the Microsoft Store for PC. Call of Duty, Call of Duty 2, Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, and Call of Duty: United Offensive have all appeared on the platform, and for a simple reason. Microsoft is trying to bolster its Xbox Game Pass lineup with these games. A gaming industry insider, Knoebel, pointed out on Twitter that four early installments of Activision’s annual franchise have also appeared.<\/p>\n
