Only a few weeks away from the release Ratchet & Clank shows us how they can simultaneously provide gameplay with a movie-like experience. Just take a look at the trailer below the article. The video shows a quick recap of the story.

Get used to seeing the duo launch both in cinemas and in shops/PlayStation Store next month as they will not only get a reimagination of the first game on the PlayStation 4 but a feature film as well. The game’s in the focus now, though: the recap of the story is that Ratchet has to knock Chairman Drek out of the throne. With the help of Clank, he can succeed.

The trailer has gameplay as well: it’s still a clever mixture of the classic Insomniac Games-style and the modernized visuals. There will be a difference from the movie – the PS4 game will be narrated by Captain Qwark. As the spotlight was taken away by Ratchet, he’s most likely going to have some snarky comments while we play.

The game is out in two weeks, exclusively for the PlayStation 4.
