So far, we only knew that Deep Silver will take up the publishing role of Atlus‘ game (as they have no European branch; the American Atlus was acquired by SEGA), but now, we can also mark the calendars. The day is surprisingly positive for the European region!

Persona 5 will be out in Europe on February 14, which means we will receive the RPG on the same day as the North Americans. It’s great news, as Atlus uses the optional region lock on the PlayStation consoles (they did so with Persona 4 Arena four years ago!).

Another surprising thing is that Persona 5 will also be available on the PlayStation 3! The prev-gen version will only get the standard edition for 40 GBP/50 EUR. The PS4 version’s standard price will be 55 GBP/70 EUR both physically and digitally. The current Sony console will also get two limited editions. The Steelbook Launch Edition is a first-run exclusive: for the same price, you can get an extra steelbook, if you buy the game early.

The Take Your Heart Premium Edition (80 GBP/90 EUR) will offer these items. List courtesy of Deep Silver:
