The fun fact is that together with the 3DS sales (68K+), Nintendo had almost half of the console sales in the US. The best-selling game for the platform was <em><strong>Mario Kart 8 Deluxe<\/strong><\/em>: 460K physical, 90K digital sales&#8230; and all this with an April 28 (!!!) release date!<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Ubisoft<\/strong><\/em> still firmly stands by the <em><strong>Switch<\/strong><\/em>. The company&#8217;s CEO, Yves Guillemot said at their latest <a href=\"https:\/\/seekingalpha.com\/article\/4073873-ubisoft-entertainments-ubsff-ceo-yves-guillemot-q4-2017-results-earnings-call-transcript?all=true&amp;find=ubisoft\">financial earnings call<\/a>\u00a0that <em><strong>Ubisof<\/strong><\/em>t still wants to be <em><strong>Nintendo<\/strong><\/em>&#8216;s number 1 third-party developer as they were in the past decade, and they also have an unannounced game in the works for the platform.
