Michael Denny, <em><strong>Sony<\/strong><\/em> Interactive Entertainment Worldwide Studios&#8217; senior vice president, told <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gamespot.com\/articles\/playstation-boss-on-why-they-waited-so-long-to-ann\/1100-6455194\/\">GameSpot<\/a><\/span> why the somewhat late announcement happened.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eYeah, that&#8217;s a strange one to me. I think the right thing to do&#8230;and I think we&#8217;re learning and a lot of publishers are learning &#8230; there is a right time to announce games. In the past, I think it&#8217;s fair to say sometimes we announced games too early, and this is such a great project for <em><strong>Sucker Punch<\/strong><\/em>. It&#8217;s a game they&#8217;ve always really wanted to make themselves, and I think it&#8217;s the right time to announce that, and they&#8217;ve been working on that game for a long time now. There is great [playable version of the game] already.
