Warhorse‘s game seemingly ran out of steam in two and a half months.

GitHyp reports that since the game launched in February, Kingdom Come: Deliverance has lost ninety-five (95!) percent of its player base despite having 96 thousand concurrent players on February 19 on Steam, and that’s higher than even Far Cry 5 (92 thousand), and Warhammer: Vermintide 2 (73 thousand).

We can’t cast the blame on it being a single-player title, though – The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim can still pull in 10-15 thousand players even nowadays, and even The Witcher 3 was around 12-20 thousand last year. If you have a good gameplay experience, as well as mod support (which is being developed by Warhorse at the moment), players will return to your product even if its several years old.
