CD Projekt RED has updated the system requirements.

The Polish studio has revealed the updated system requirements for Cyberpunk 2077 on Twitter.

Minimum (1080p, low graphical settings) system requirements:

Recommended (1080p, high graphical settings) system requirements:

High (1440p, ultra graphical settings) system requirements:

Ultra (2160p/4K, ultra graphical settings) system requirements:

Ray tracing minimum (1080p, medium RT graphical settings) system requirements:

Ray tracing high (1440p, ultra RT graphical settings) system requirements:

Ray tracing ultra (2160p/4K, ultra RT graphical settings) system requirements:

So an SSD will be highly recommended! DTF, a Russian website, has shared more details about Cyberpunk 2077, and it was translated on Reddit. „Cyberpunk 2077 has high replayability due to variability and different life paths. For example, the “Corpo” prologue influenced the game throughout the entire playthrough, and not just at the beginning.” So the three different life paths will provide different beginnings, as well as replayability. „Ray tracing improves the overall image, making the world look even more complex and detailed. But even without raytracing, the game looks great,” DTF added.

And PCGamer talks about how it could be a good idea to use melee or swords, and not just as a last resort: „Swords in Cyberpunk 2077 aren’t just melee weapons you fall back on when you’re out of ammo. They can be that, but they can also be an entire playstyle. Sword-specific perks include Slow and Steady, which increases your armour as you sprint, letting you close in on enemies without being shot to pieces. And Deathbolt (the icon for which shows V licking a katana) restores your health and increases your movement speed at the moment you kill someone with any bladed weapon.

A quality sword like the Black Unicorn, combined with these perks, makes wielding a blade in Cyberpunk 2077 incredibly satisfying and super effective. If you’re careful and use the environment to your advantage, you can clear out an entire facility of heavily armed soldiers without firing a shot,” PCGamer says.

Cyberpunk 2077 will launch on December 10 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Google Stadia, and PC. The next-gen patch won’t come until next year – until then, the PS4/X1 versions will be available on the new consoles.

Source: WCCFTech, WCCFTech

Please support our page theGeek.games on Patreon, so we can continue to write you the latest gaming, movie and tech news and reviews as an independent magazine.
