We haven\u2019t felt players and the team sharing so much energy and excitement since the [Xbox] 360 era. We\u2019re inspired by the community\u2019s belief in <em><strong>Xbox<\/strong><\/em> and we will continue to innovate with players at the centre of everything we do,\u201d Phil Spencer, the head of Xbox, wrote on <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/XboxP3\/status\/1405320985536917505\">Twitter<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>According to Barcelona-based <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/StreamHatchet\/status\/1405218991518461956\">Stream Hatchet<\/a><\/span>, if we keep track of YouTube Gaming and Twitch viewers, then the Xbox+Bethesda program had 2.3 million peak viewers. However, Nintendo has surpassed it significantly (they pulled in 3.1 million peak viewers), but the other three companies in the top five were quite behind this pair. Third place went to Ubisoft (1.4 million), followed by Square Enix (1.3 million), and Devolver Digital (1.1 million). As Devolver isn&#8217;t a big company, their result is impressive!<\/p>\n<p>Ipsos&#8217; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.synthesio.com\/\">Synthesio<\/a><\/span> has also done its research about social media mentions, and on this front, Xbox+Bethesda has taken the lead with 1.1 million mentions. Nintendo finished a long way back with 739 thousand, but the big N was also in a different league from Ubisoft (231 thousand). Devolver (42K) and Square Enix (36K) were a long way behind the first three.<\/p>\n<p>Regarding games, Among Us has brought home a surprise win: during the Xbox broadcast, the devs, InnerSloth, announced that they will soon introduce lobbies that will hold fifteen players. The second place goes to Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin (216.4K), followed by Battlefield 2042 (172.4K).
