TECH NEWS – Component shortages have long plagued the technology landscape, but NVIDIA is betting on an easing of the problem by the second half of 2022<\/h4>\n

For gamers looking to upgrade their PCs or buy a next-generation console, 2022 has been a terrible year for us. Resource scarcity is a constant threat to the tech landscape, which has led AMD to report pessimistic forecasts, Phil Spencer to add his voice to these statements, and Nintendo to announce a possible stall in Nintendo Switch production. But there is an end to every problem, and NVIDIA claims to be seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.<\/p>\n

Although we can see that the situation is not prospering, they are projecting a brighter future from the green company. As reported by Tom’s Hardware via Seeking Alpha, NVIDIA CFO Colette Kress took the opportunity of the 24th Annual Needham Growth Conference to give a statement on their adaptation to the current problems: “We had seen that channel levels were a little tight, and we’re working with our supply chain partners to increase supply availability.<\/p>\n

And Kress goes further by giving an approximate date when normal production and distribution of resources will supposedly begin to resume: “And we feel good about our supply situation as we move into the second half of 2022”. So, all other pessimistic forecasts aside, there is now a slim chance that the situation will improve sooner than expected, at least at NVIDIA.<\/p>\n

The tech giant wants to reassure users before the release of its RTX<\/a> 3090 Ti, although details such as price and launch date are still to be announced. This was one of the big announcements at its latest presentation, where it also unveiled affordable graphics cards, a new line of notebooks and more.<\/p>\n
