HONOR Ultra-Bounce drop-resistance technology, a non-Newtonian fluid that hardens under stress, and a chassis reinforced with new extra-resistant tempered glass work together to ensure the device remains undamaged even after falls onto rocky, rough, or uneven surfaces, and even after air rifle impacts.

The HONOR Magic8 Lite features IP68 and IP69K water resistance supported by Three-layer Water Resistance Structure 2.0, making it uniquely water-resistant in its category and highly resilient in wet environments. The device is not damaged even if briefly immersed (for up to 10 seconds) in high-temperature water, or exposed to splashes, dirty or dense liquids, high-temperature water, running water, or ultra-high-pressure water jets. Tests indicate the device can remain operational for up to 30 minutes at a depth of 1.5 meters. As a result, the device can be used with peace of mind for up to 3 days, without the need for a power bank.

According to test data, the device can deliver up to 49.1 hours of music playback, 22.2 hours of online video playback, 15.7 hours of gaming, and 11.4 hours of video calling on a single charge.

With multi-point temperature monitoring, the battery performs reliably between -30°C and 55°C – ensuring full functionality even in harsh conditions. With Ultra Power Saving Mode, users can make up to 60 minutes of continuous calls at just 2% charge, while 66 W wired HONOR SuperCharge quickly recharges the battery for continued use.

The experience is further enhanced by the main camera’s OIS + EIS system, which effectively reduces blur and shake-related quality loss, resulting in sharper images.

The HONOR Magic8 Lite supports high-resolution video transfer to iOS devices via HONOR Connection, while the 4K HD video collage feature captures life’s dynamic moments. The HONOR Magic8 Lite also includes AI photo tools such as AI Eraser, AI Cutout, and AI Image Expansion, enabling users to freely customize and edit photos more easily. With improvements from AI Upscaling and AI Reflection Removal, every valuable moment can come back to life with enhanced clarity.

Price and Market Availability

The HONOR Magic8 Lite is available in three striking colors: forest green, midnight black, and reddish brown. The 512 GB version of the Magic 8 Lite is priced at HUF 164,990, while the 256 GB model has a recommended retail price of HUF 144,990, and through the end of February it comes with a free HONOR Choice Cubuds earbud gift and an additional +6 months of extra warranty covering screen and back-cover breakage. Under the storage upgrade promotion, participating retail partners offer the 512 GB version at the same price as the 256 GB model.
