Yakuza Kiwami 3 is more than just a simple remake; it will feature plenty of new content.
Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio and SEGA announced that the Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties demo is now free on the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC. Unlike previous demos, however, users will not be able to transfer their saved data to the full game. Therefore, this demo is really just an opportunity to try out the game before purchasing it. Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio and SEGA revealed which section of the game will be available in the demo.
In Yakuza Kiwami 3, players take on the role of Kazuma Kiryu and explore the Okinawa Ryukyu region. They defeat bad guys and can dynamically switch between the brutal Dragon of Dojima: Kiwami style and the weapon-based Ryukyu style. Players can also enjoy engaging side experiences, such as karaoke, side stories, and costume customization. In Dark Ties, players can enjoy a brand-new story with Yoshitaka Mine, explore Kamurocho, try various activities, and master Mine’s shoot-boxing fighting style to stylishly take down opponents.
