Sony has announced that starting next month, PS Plus subscribers on the PS3, PS4, and Vita will get two (2!) free games each month. Sony also announced that the free games will be available for download a bit longer than usual.
Starting next month, free games will be released on the first Tuesday of each month, and will be available as a free download until the first Tuesday next month, where another two games will be announced and take its place.
Sony also announced that some of the free titles in the Games Collection will be phased out over the coming month, so if you want any of the older games, now is the time to get a PS Plus subscription and start downloading.

And if you’re worried about missing out, there’s a quick way of making sure you can download the game in the future. Simply go to the web store, add the free game in your cart and check out. The game will be available for you to download whenever you want, as long as you’re a PS Plus subscriber.
PS Plus costs $50 a year for the PlayStation 4, and considering you’ll get two free games each month — and they’re not all small indie titles — the $50 is well worth it. PS Plus also gives access to online multiplayer and a bunch of other online features.
In June, PS4 PS Plus owners will be able to get Trine and NBA 2K14 for free. Sony recently announced that over 50% of all PS4 owners have PS Plus, which translates into 3.5 million memberships.
