The PlayStation 4-exclusive action game Bloodborne has been postponed from February 6th, 2015, to March 24th, 2015 – which means a delay of a month and a half.
Sony’s Masaaki Yamagiwa published the news on the official PlayStation Blog, where he added that they actually needed some extra development to put into the game the things they’ve learned from the Bloodborne alpha. Which is a good idea, it means that the players who helped test the alpha will have their saying on the final product.
Bloodborne is developed by From Software of Dark Souls fame, is one of the most anticipated PS4 games of 2015, and offers some dark and gritty combat that’s really akin to resembles Dark Souls. Still, the gameplay in Bloodborne will be more forgiving and less ruthless thanin Dark Souls.
Be sure to check out tons of Bloodborne alpha gameplay footage to get a good look at what the game has to offer. A month and a half delay isn’t that bad, especially if it results in a more polished game.
