There were several special moments and announcements to commemorate the PlayStation brand’s 20th anniversary. However it seems that the greatest announcement was saved for last. A 20th Anniversary Edition PlayStation 4 will be released for sale in North America during the PlayStation Experience The console’s price will be  $499 and will include a grey PlayStation Camera and Vertical Stand.

The system’s design is reminiscent of the original gray PlayStation console, and it even has the classic logo. Only 12,300 units of these exist so hurry up if you want to have this special edition.

“The 20^th Anniversary Edition will be limited to 12,300 units worldwide, a number that reflects the launch date of the original PS, and will be available for a price of 49,980Yen (excluding tax) in Japan, US$499 in North America, and €499 in Europe. The limited edition PS4 and included accessories come in “Original Gray” color, all packaged in a special commemorative box.
