Believe it or not, but here's the PS Plus version of DriveClub!

Although the game got severely delayed compared to the original release date plans, Evolution Studios kept their head high and eventually got around to make the PlayStation Plus version of DriveClub. You’ll only be able to play offline for a while, but there’s going to be an update later today in order to grant online access as well.

The devs hope the servers won’t be overloaded. Whatever the case will be, the limited edition is finally here, so we’re ready to eat the humble pie. We didn’t really think it would eventually be made! Remember: only 27 trophies for the PS Plus Edition, as well as a 15-car limit in the garage!
