NetherRealm finally announced the release date of the next DLC character for Mortal Kombat X. This game, as well as Batman: Arkham Knight, managed to have a much better start on consoles than on PC.
Predator, whose last game was Predator: Concrete Jungle, if our memory serves right, is going to be the next DLC: if you bought the season pass (called Kombat Pack), you will be able to pick him up from Tuesday. If you didn’t, you will have to wait an extra week until July 14.

We also get to see him in action in the video below. He doesn’t seem to have a fatality that we expected him to have. Where’s the spine removal? Maybe the brutality will have that. Whatever that will be, we can still say that Predator has a quite aggressive game style, so offensive players will definitely try to main him. (An off topic question: are we the only one who thinks that the prev-gen version of the game is going to be silently swept under the rug due to „inability to run the game on these consoles normally”?)
