Twitch.tv app to get a major, better update later this year

Streaming games nowadays is even a job for some, and some platforms are giving easy opportunities to stream: PlayStation 4 came with this option two years ago. Since then, YouTube Gaming has launched, and Twitch immediately responded to this. Soon, on our PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita, we will be able to watch livestreams on Twitch, no matter what platform is used to stream with: for example, we can watch League of Legends on our PS Vita, while commuting to our home on a train.

That is not all: we will get the full experience, because we will not only be able to watch the streams, but also use the chat as well – so we can chat with others on consoles, which can be a good thing: after all, we can respond to the happenings on the stream!

If Twitch wanted to pull off something big, they should have given the ability to stream to this site from a PlayStation 3 or a PlayStation Vita, but this didn’t happen. Still, it looks like Live from PlayStation got a rival! (We wonder how long that will even function then…) Will it be a better twitch tv? Time will tell…
