There are no AAA games nowadays without a television commercial, and Assassin’s Creed Syndicate is no exception to this rule, because Ubisoft‘s game received the „ad treatment”, and you can see the results below. The trailer is somewhat short, but it makes sense, because a second on TV can cost quite a lot, except if you want to go for a night slot in paid programming… but that’s another story. The trailer still has a good effect, and as it says, oppression has to end, and if it depends on us, it will – let’s just hope that it won’t be having a ridiculous framerate, because a preview copy did have some issues with that in the previous month…
We don’t have to wait much more for the release of Assassin’s Creed Syndicate, because it is going to launch in exactly two weeks on consoles (PlayStation 4, Xbox One), on October 23. We’re eagerly waiting for Jacob and Evie Frye’s story in the city of London in 1868. We’re worried though about the regular AC release schedule, because eventually, it might end up as a huge flop – 2014 already had a problem with the launch of Unity and despite having no prev-gen AC game anymore, Syndicate might launch unoptimized…
