Sony‘s Remote Play is perfect to stream your PlayStation 4 games to your PlayStation Vita if your television gets occupied by someone else, or you had to continue playing the game and got to go to the toilet. However, the PC wasn’t a device to stream to, so using a keyboard and mouse could not have been possible. There is a solution to it now.
Twisted is working on an unofficial program to allow Remote Play to your PC, but without Android-emulation. You can directly hook your PS4 to your PC, and the native support will come with the possibility to use the keyboard and mouse. This program will launch this week, You can fead itt here.
The problem is that it is not going to be free, you might have to cough up around ten dollars to get the program, but it might be well worth it, even if the keyboard and mouse usage could see some lag. The fact that it is going to be a paid program will likely trigger Sony to step in and do something about it – better hurry up to get the program then! They might go as far as disabling the support with a minor firmware update…
Interesting idea, but I think it’ll be useless…
