Ever wanted a World War I themed Battlefield? Here you go!

DICE doesn’t seem to take a break: after pushing out Star Wars Battlefront to the players in November, they started focusing on Mirror’s Edge Catalyst. We also wrote about how they began work on a new Battlefield title as well. Something may have just leaked about this new Battlefield game!

According to the online retail shop World of Games, Battlefield 5 is going to be a tactical military shooter in World War I and they also stated the release date: October 26 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC! Of course, WoG quickly removed the World War I description, but they still kept the release date there! (You can check it out for yourself ) They have to know something about Electronic Arts–DICE that we don’t.

If Battlefield does end up going back a hundred years, we’re going to be eager to see how the game ends up, especially because of the possible October release date…
