The Gravity Rush event was held in Japan, and the truth is revealed – Sony kept one major exclusive game for the end of the year!
Gravity Rush 2 will not launch in Japan first! Instead, Europe got the short stick: Kat’s adventures will continue on November 30, followed by the Japanese launch on December 1, and the North American start on December 2, respectively. It’s a rare sight: a game rolls out to the European market first, especially if we consider PlayStation 4-exclusive titles.
According to the European PlayStation Blog, pre-ordering will net you an alternative, white costume, as well as a nine-song soundtrack, plus a PS4 theme. You can start pre-ordering on August 2. In North America, select retailers will offer these pre-order bonuses, and digital pre-ordering gets you ten PSN avatars. Before the arrival of the game, an anime called Gravity Rush The Animation ~ Overture ~ will release. Made by Studio Khara (Rebuild of Evangelion), it will tie together the events of the two Gravity Rush games. More details to be revealed later.
Kat, Raven, ex-cop Syd, and Angel are all ready for us – you can see the latter character in action in the trailer below.
Sony might end 2016 on a high note with Gravity Rush 2.
