MOVIE NEWS – Completing the Hellboy trilogy isn’t a small task. It has been more than eight years since Hellboy II: The Golden Army was in in the theaters, but some of the creative team, namely the actor Ron Perlman, are still trying to help the third movie to become reality. Now, according to a tweet from Ron Perlman, he is actually working on Hellboy 3.

Ron Perlman gave us some hope regarding Hellboy 3 on his Twitter account. While it seems that everyone else who was linked to past Hellboy movies – especially Guillermo Del Toro – are pretty busy and not ready to get to work on it, Ron Perlman states that he is in fact working on Hellboy 3, even if nobody else is working on it.

“I’m working on another Hellboy movie. Nobody else is. But I sure am,” he wrote on his Twitter account.

This is not even close to the first time that Ron Perlman has teased his desire to get Hellboy 3 made. In the past years, the actor has constantly tried to create some leverage for the project, putting hashtags on Twitter to engender fan support and repetitively willing to discuss the potential for the movie.

Still, at one point, he confessed that he doesn’t actually fancy to make the movie, since it’s a pain to use all of the makeup which is required to become Hellboy, but he still feels that they have an obligation to finish the story.
