Jonathan Blow’s New Game On Video For The First Time [VIDEO]

The developer of Braid and The Witness showed a small clip of his next project.

At the Reboot Develop conference (yeah, we know, it has been mentioned a few times recently), Blow, who rarely releases a game but ends up being largely successful with them, showed a prototype of his next game. It shows a top-down view puzzle game, where a character has to push around a cube on the ice. As this unnamed game is admittedly early in development, seeing only as much as Blow showed makes sense… however, him saying that it already had „over twenty-five hours (?!) of single player gameplay” is hard to believe, to say the least…

You can see the game in action at the 05:32:45 mark in the video below. We don’t want to guess when and on which consoles will this game be available, as Braid’s 2008 and The Witness’ 2016 release respectively shows a large gap in between the two titles.

Anikó, our news editor and communication manager, is more interested in the business side of the gaming industry. She worked at banks, and she has a vast knowledge of business life. Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
