Rockstar: Red Dead Redemption On PC? Not In This Format! [VIDEO]

Another cease and desist order on the table.

We can say quite a lot of things of Red Dead Redemption, but not the fact that it’s playable on PC (and we’re not talking about PS3 emulation or PlayStation Now!) – Rockstar’s game is still a console-exclusive title, and the sequel is likely going to be skipping the PC as well.

.White has been working on lifting over the X360 version of Red Dead Redemption to the PC port of Grand Theft Auto V, dubbing the project Red Dead Redemption V. However, the GTAForums saw an announcement: Mr. Leisurewear, the lead programmer, stated that they were contacted to shut the mod development down, even though RDR V was never meant to be a 100%, complete port of the game.

All the three years of wasted work could have been avoided by Rockstar and Take-Two if they just made Red Dead Redemption available properly on PC. Cowboys shouldn’t be on consoles and consoles only!

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
