One reason could be the lack of new hardware. In 2016, when they were still led by founder Palmer Luckey (who has already left Oculus), they had the Oculus Touch controller to show to the world. Not this year. The other, more likely scenario is that they stay home to focus on the ongoing war in the court against Zenimax. The two companies’ battle is far from over…
