Codemasters expands the classic cars’ line-up.
F1’s 2017 season has V6 turbo engine using cars around the world, but between 2006 and 2013, non-aspirated, V8 engines were screaming on circuits. This era is going to make a return with one of the cars, namely the Red Bull RB6 from 2010. This was the first champion car for Red Bull: Sebastian Vettel took the lead after the season finale in Abu Dhabi, netting him his first world championship. Red Bull also won its first constructors’ trophy. (Then they were dominating everyone until 2013. In 2014, after regulation changes, Mercedes took over the dominant position.)
F1 2017, which will bring back classic cars for the first time after 2013, will launch on August 25 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
