PlatinumGames started to be suspicious on Twitter.
The developers have created a new, Japanese Twitter account, where they published the image below. It features Bayonetta and her looks in both the first and the second game, with additional red and blue backgrounds. The Nintendo Switch has the Joy-Cons in… surprise, red and blue color, and the colors used on the image looks similar to the little N controllers.
Bayonetta 2 was, without a doubt, one of the best exclusive games on the Wii U, thanks to Nintendo’s funding. Moving Hideki Kamiya’s character to the Switch wouldn’t be a bad idea, as the developers are already internally discussing Bayonetta 3. How about building hype by launching a port of the first two games before the new installment?
