Multiple games received trailers overnight, so let’s take a look at some of them.
First, let’s start with the PlayStation 4-exclusive Uncharted: The Lost Legacy. Naughty Dog’s standalone DLC will get a physical release on Tuesday and don’t expect Nathan Drake to show up in this title. Chloe and Nadine (who will not require you to own Uncharted 4) will instead take a trip to India.
Next up, we have Telltale’s Guardians of the Galaxy. Their Marvel-license is now at the third episode called More Than a Feeling. Star-Lord will have a hard decision to make. The episode is also out on Tuesday on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, iOS, and Android.
Our third game is Project CARS 2, out on September 22 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. The trailer shows your racing destiny with several car types and classes that you can drive around the world’s best racing tracks. We have yet to see whether this game, the X1/Win10-exclusive Forza Motorsport 7, or the PlayStation 4-exclusive (with PlayStation VR support) Gran Turismo Sport will be claimed the king.
MercurySteam (Castlevania: Lords of Shadow) also announced that their sci-fi pulp shooter, Raiders of the Broken Planet would also come out on September 22 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. There will be two components launching that day: the prologue will be free, and the first part of the campaign (Alien Myths) will cost only ten dollars.
There’s also an announcement. Saber Interactive (Timeshift, Quake Champions, to name a few) and Focus Home will upgrade Spintires, which will now be called Spintires: Mudrunner. It will launch by the end of the year on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Indeed, the game stops being PC-exclusive. It will come with new maps, cars, and challenges for those who love to drive off-road.
