This is one of the games that should get a bit of attention.
Raji: An Ancient Epic is not in the best situation at the moment, as its Kickstarter campaign (which you can find here) has five days remaining, and out of its 120 thousand GBP goal, it only managed to get 45916 at the moment. Maybe with a bit of spotlight on it, it may be capable of hitting the set target.
The reason why we say it is because Nodding Heads Games even put together a demo, which is available on Steam right now. The game’s protagonist is Raji; the girl in red wants to save her brother from the demon lord Mahabalasura. The exotic approach doesn’t stop here: the game’s world is based on Hindu and Balinese mythology, and the scenes are hand-painted.
The game looks decent, and its demo’s playthrough just underlines the statement. If the game was funded, it’d see a June 2019 launch on PC, with a possible Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch versions with more money on the table.
