The Game Awards 2017 was held yesterday, so we now know which game/team/personality got an award.
Geoff Keighley’s is filled with marketing (then again, the trailers themselves are considered as a promotion) – it originally launched in 2003 as Spike Video Game Awards, and it got renamed to its current form in 2014. Let’s see the categories and their respective winners:

Congratulations to the winners. Multiple games are either a PlayStation 4-exclusive or a console-exclusive on Sony’s platform, such as NieR: Automata, Persona 5 (although this one is out on PS3, too), and The Last of Us Part II.
