Is Prey Going Lunar?

Although Prey launched roughly ten months ago, Bethesda is likely preparing something for it.

The base game has references to a lunar colony. Reddit users noticed that Prey‘s Twitter account posted a suspicious video with a message „Do we really know what’s out there?” – however, the situation gets more complicated than that.

There’s another Twitter account, KasmaCorp, which has a tweet showing how you can draw a Mimic, one of the enemy types in the game. Several Arkane employees (remember, they developed the 2017 Prey game!) follow this account, which replied to someone on the social medium with a binary code that meant „The moon is a harsh mistress.” In the game, Kasma Corp. is the main competitor to TranStar, and it was also accused of industrial espionage to gain the upper hand.

Something is happening – let’s just hope that Bethesda won’t wait until the E3. The publisher will have its conference on June 10. Will it be a DLC or a sequel?
