One of the best games of 2013 is getting a sequel, and its development is heading in the right direction.
MCM Comic Con in Birmingham had two major guests – namely, Nolan North and Troy Baker. The two actors talked about how they were involved in the first The Last of Us‘ development (they were David and Joel, respectively). Troy Baker went a step further, as he talked a bit about the sequel, too.
He believes that The Last of Us Part II is looking fantastic, and the story that it will tell is also similarly phenomenal. He added that the developers just had a playtesting session, which means they probably hit a milestone in the game’s development, and more players (likely Naughty Dog employees) can find more bugs and glitches that could be fixed.
The Last of Us Part II is almost definitely going to be at E3 this June, and Sony might also reveal that it could arrive in 2019. (We believe this is the scenario that is going to happen…)
