Fallout 4 VR has become one of the biggest virtual reality games… and it might not show up on the PlayStation VR!
A vast, open world, set near the remnants of Boston, with hundreds of characters and NPCs, and thousands of enemies, all in virtual reality. It sounds good on paper. But what about Sony? PlayStation VR already received The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim’s VR version, but it’s not the case with Fallout 4 VR…
Pete Hines, Bethesda‘s vice president of marketing, has told the following response about the possibility of Fallout 4 VR on PlayStation VR to VentureBeat at E3: „I don’t know whether or not that will ever happen, like what the technical implications are. Fidelity-wise I don’t know if it would hold up and I’m not aware of where it is or if it’s even in the cards for later down the road. We’ll see.”
That does sound like a significant „no” to us. Perhaps if there was a stronger PlayStation VR model… and we previously wrote about how it could happen in a few years.
