MOVIE NEWS – The character of Sega, however, will be animated by CGI.

It was known that Jim Carrey was going to be Doctor Eggman in Sonic‘s new film, but there were not any great details about his role until today, that we knew a detail of vital importance for the future of the film. When asked by the magazine Deadline about the capture of movement of the character, the actor has confirmed that his interpretation will not have CGI, so we will see a Jim Carrey, flesh and blood, being Dr. Ivo Robotnik.

The details about the much anticipated Sonic film, for now, are a mystery. It is known that we can count on the presence of Sonic and his friends, but it has not materialized which or how the plot will develop in what will undoubtedly be one of the most ambitious projects ever made with the blue hedgehog from Sega. Its premiere is scheduled for 2019, has the address of Jeff Fowler and, for now, only one image of the set has been seen.
