Ubisoft revealed at Gamescom what The Division 2 will get when it comes to editions.
If you pre-order the game, you’ll get access to the beta, as well as the Capitol Defender Pack (which has the Hazmat 2.0 and an exotic SPAS-12 shotgun called The Lullaby). The Standard Edition needs no explanation – it’s just the base game.
The Gold Edition (100 dollars) will come with three-day early access to the game starting March 12, and the Year One Pass, offering seven-day early access to all free Year One Episodes, exclusive customisation items, additional activities and more. The Digital Ultimate Edition (120 dollars) also gives you three digital packs (Elite Agent Pack, Battleworn Secret Service Pack, First Responder Pack).
The Division 2 will also have two collector’s editions. The Dark Zone Definitive Collector’s Edition (110 dollars) has everything the Digital Ultimate Edition has (early access, Year One Pass, three packs), as well as a 30cm-high Ubicollectibles figurine of Heather Ward (a character in the game), a steelbook, a Book of Lithographs, the selected Game Soundtrack and a Washington, D.C. Map. The Phoenix Shield Collector’s Edition (250 dollars) replaces the figure with a Brian Johnson figure, complete with equipment and gear, and the steelbook will be a Ubisoft Store-exclusive version. The Brian Johnson figurine (which can be bought separately for 60 bucks) can be assembled with the Heather Ward figurine from The Dark Zone Collector’s Edition.
The Division 2, which got a ton of new images and a trailer, will launch on March 15 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. (Gold Edition or higher can play from March 12, as mentioned before.)
