Geralt isn’t going to be the single guest character in the newest Soulcalibur game.
Bandai Namco announced at the Paris Games Week that 2B, one of the protagonists of NieR: Automata (which launched last year on PlayStation 4 and PC, followed by an Xbox One release this summer), will move over to Soulcalibur VI. She is part of the season pass, and she’ll bring over an alternative costume, 2B-themed parts and stickers for our characters, as well as her unique stage and music to the fighting game.
„A new guest character will be joining the stage of history! Meet YoRHa No. 2 Type B from Square Enix’s NieR: Automata. 2B and her dual blades, Virtuous Contract & Virtuous Treaty, are designed for combat against machine lifeforms, employing acrobatic leaps and mid-air slashes, lightning-fast evasions and perfectly coordinated strikes! […]”, the press release says.
We’re curious what else does Bandai Namco have in store for us. We have a feeling that even though Geralt was a surprise, there might be at least one more guest character coming to Soulcalibur VI.
