After the March shock – we still have to get used to only getting two PlayStation 4 games and nothing else… -, let’s see what the April duo is going to be.
In case you missed the memo, in March, we have to remind you that there are no longer PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita titles handed out, and as such, only PlayStation 4 games are offered for free each month to those who subscribe to PlayStation Plus, which is necessary (in most cases at least) to play online…
Let’s start by saying that the PlayStation Blog did not publish the announcement post in the usual time – that is our reason why the source link is different than the usual. One of them is going to be The Surge (by Deck13, the makers of Lords of the Fallen; a sequel is already in development for this decent futuristic Souls-clone), and the other one will be Funcom’s Conan: Exiles, an open-world survival game.
The games will replace the March ones next Tuesday / Wednesday, depending on your region. Not too shabby, but for the money, we should expect more than two games.
