Microsoft‘s subscription service gets no less than seventeen new titles – and yes, Remedy Entertainment’s Control will also be part of Game Pass.

Microsoft announced that the Xbox Game Pass that we all just call Game Pass will get a hefty update to end the year. In brackets, you will see what platforms will receive the game, and if we just say console, it naturally means the Xbox One and both the Xbox Series platforms.

On December 3, Control (Android, console), DOOM: Eternal (PC), Haven (console, PC – ID@Xbox title, an indie game), RAGE 2 (Android), Slime Rancher (Android, console – ID@Xbox), Va-11 Hall-A: Cyberpunk Bartender Action (PC – ID@Xbox), and Yes, Your Grace (Android, console, PC – ID@Xbox) comes. On December 4, Dragon Quest XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age – Definitive Edition (console, PC) joins the system. On December 8, Call of the Sea (Android, console, PC – ID@Xbox), Monster Sanctuary (Android, console – ID@Xbox), and Starbound (PC – ID@Xbox) hármasával enters Game Pass.

On December 9, Unto The End (console, PC – ID@Xbox) joins. On December 10, Assetto Corsa (Android, console), Gang Beasts (Android, console – ID@Xbox), GreedFall (Android, console, PC), Superhot: Mind Control Delete (Android, console – ID@Xbox), and Yooka-Laylee and the Impossible Lair (Android, console, PC – ID@Xbox) hops onto Microsoft’s service.

Let’s not forget the games that will LEAVE Game Pass. On December 11, eFootball PES 2020 quits (console), and on December 15, Age of Wonders: Planetfall (console, PC), Infinifactory (PC), Metro: Last Light Redux (PC), MudRunner (console, PC), Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker (console), Pathologic 2 (console PC), The Turing Test (console, PC), Ticket to Ride (console, PC), and Untitled Goose Game (console) leaves.

From December 3, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers can use their touch screen on their Android devices in the following games: Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night, Golf With Your Friends, Hyperdot, Ikenfell, Indivisible, ScourgeBringer, The Touryst, and Vambrace Cold Soul. The Redmond-based company listed DLC and updates, too: Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition Free Anniversary Update, Crusader Kings III Free Ruler Designer Update, Fallout 76 Steel Dawn Update, Golf With Your Friends: The Deep Free Update, Microsoft Flight Simulator: Free World Update II: USA, and Minecraft Dungeons: Howling Peaks DLC (from December 9), The Elder Scrolls Online: Undaunted Celebration Event (from December 3 until December 15), and Totally Reliable Delivery Service Update.

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers will also get these: Smite – TMNT Starter Pass & Rewards (3,000 Battle Pass Points, instant access to Loki, Mercury, Osiris, Sun Wukong and their Voice Packs, and a Daily Deal Token); Gears 5 – The New Day Bundle (claim this Perk before it leaves on December 4 – grab character skins for Big E, Kofi Kingston, and Xavier Woods in addition to a weapon skin set and other extras), and three months of Discord Nitro.

While these are mostly indie titles, the addition of DOOM: Eternal to the PC and Control to the console version of Game Pass, respectively, is a big move.
