Necromunda: Hired Gun aims to be one of the surprises of the year, and this trailer is a good example of it.
A review of the scenarios and the setting of this shooter, with a good dose of action, blood and bullets.
Surely more than one was surprised by the announcement of Necromunda: Hired Gun last month. And not only because it came out of nowhere, but also because of the incredible aspect of this first-person shooter that drinks from Doom, but set in the Warhammer 40,000 universe. A setting as promising as it is immersive is the main protagonist of its new trailer.
Enter the Hive. With that name, the new trailer for Necromunda: Hired Gun is presented, which offers a good review of the setting and scenarios of this shooter in which we play a bounty hunter in the city of Necromunda. As the followers of Games Workshop will know, if something is not going to be missing for a gunman in this city, it is the rewards to be collected, something that the narrator of this video makes very clear when presenting the city.
One aspect that is shown in it, for example, is that players will be able to create and customize their own bounty hunter as they like best, to launch into the streets of Necromunda in search of more loot, new weapons, and enemies to whom annihilate. Of course, the trailer ends on a high note with a fresh look at the frenetic, explosive, and highly dynamic action that this bullet-and-blood-filled shooter promises. Let’s remember, as it was already shown in the game’s announcement trailer, that Hired Gun will have extensive mobility options in combat.
Options ranging from wall racing and double jumping to using a grappling hook to move through combat arenas. And not only that, but it will also be possible to disarm the enemies to neutralize them peacefully… Or to end them in an even more brutal way. And most important of all: we will be accompanied by a pet, half dog, half-robot, who will help us in combat (and that we can pet, of course).
Necromunda: Hired Gun will be available on June 1 for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series, Xbox One and PC. A game that comes from the hand of the creators of Space Hulk: Deathwing, which, by the way, have just been acquired by Focus Home Interactive. As we wait to know more information about the title, do not hesitate to consult all the Warhammer games here.
