MOVIE NEWS – The trailer for Cry Macho, the new film by and starring Clint Eastwood, has just been unveiled. The actor plays a former rodeo star turned horse breeder who accepts a mission from one of his former bosses. The film is due to be released in France on 10 November.

In this feature film set in 1979, Clint Eastwood plays Mike Milo, a former rodeo star turned horse breeder. The man accepts a mission from one of his former bosses to pick up the latter’s son in Mexico and bring him back to Texas. The two men then set off on a difficult journey on the back roads.
Cry Macho was directed by Clint Eastwood himself. This is his 39th film, according to Allociné. The script was written by N. Richard Nash and Nick Schenk. The latter worked with Clint Eastwood on one of his biggest hits, Gran Torino. The cast includes Eduardo Minett, Dwight Yoakam and Natalia Traven.
The film is due to be released in European cinemas on 10 November. It will be released earlier in the US (17 September) and on the HBO Max streaming platform, according to BFM TV.
