Dream Cycle is an action-adventure game with stealth, spells and combat, offers us “a portal into the unknown” through an alternate dimension full of dangers.

Cathuria Games and Raw Fury join forces in Dream Cycle , the new action-adventure game from Lara Croft creator Toby Gard. Described by the studio as “an ever-growing portal into the unknown,” in Dream Cycle, we will play an apprentice of the arcane arts who finds herself trapped in the Dreamlands, an alternate dimension populated by corrupted creatures and a host of dangers.

Announced during the Gamescom 2021 opening gala, Dream Cycle is presented as a first-person shooter with stealth mechanics, spells, traps, and gun battles. It is a “growing platform” that will expand with new dimensions and ecosystems through upgrades, additional abilities and weapons, and more chapters of its history over time.

In addition, its creators promise to offer the player tremendous freedom when facing each challenge, travelling the maps in different ways, whether they are climbing, teleporting or even flying. All this, accompanied by an immersive soundtrack by Nathan McCree, the composer of the original Tomb Raider.

Dream Cycle will be available on Steam on September 7 as an early access game, while its final release does not have a release date. If you missed any of last night’s announcements.
