CD Project RED and The Pokemon Company has already donated for the aid.
Since Russia invaded Ukraine, the gaming industry’s companies reacted in quite various ways. Some blocked or suspended the sale of their products in Russia, others took part in donations, and there have already been countless messages of support for the Ukrainian people.
Bandai Namco, one of the most veteran companies in the industry (and publishers of the new game Elden Ring), has shared a solidarity message on their official Twitter account, announcing they will donate 100 million yen (roughly equals 850,000 dollars) for the Ukrainian people.

“The Bandai Namco Group has decided to make a donation of 100 million yen to Save the Children in support of their humanitarian cause with people affected by the crisis, who are seeking refuge outside their country. We are hopeful that those people and communities who have been suffering in this conflict will soon be able to return to their peaceful lives.”
Besides Bandai Namco, several other companies offered their profits to provide help; CD Projekt RED, makers of The Witcher and Cyberpunk 2077 ( they donated over 215,000 euros), The Pokémon Company (with $200,000 to Ukrainian families), and figures such as John Romero (he has launched fundraising initiatives such as the new DOOM 2 level) have also donated to the people seeking help.
