The next game from Spiders has six minutes of gameplay (and it’s still a bit raw, to say the least).
The new video of the action RPG is commented by Jehanne Rousseau (CEO, co-founder of Spiders and lead writer of Steelrising), Sebastien Di Ruzza (design director) and Ciaran Cresswell (head of localisation). It is published by Game Informer has confirmed that the game has been moved from its previously planned June release date: the game, which will be a slight reimagining of historical events from the developers of GreedFall, will arrive a quarter of a year later for next-generation consoles and PC.
According to the game’s Steam page, “Paris, 1789. The city is in the grip of terror. The Revolution was suppressed with bloodshed by Louis XVI and his merciless mechanical army. It falls to Aegis, an engineering marvel, to take on the king’s ranks of automatons and change the course of history. Combine Aegis’s strength and speed with your skill to fight robot armies and change the course of history!

Steelrising is coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and PC on September 8 (Steam, GOG, Epic Games Store). Don’t expect a PlayStation 4 and an Xbox One version.
