Almost An Hour Of Diablo IV Gameplay Has Been Leaked! [VIDEO]

Activision Blizzard is not without its leaks: Diablo IV has been the victim of a much more significant leak than before…

There have been leaks of the game in the past (mainly details around character creation, but we might be wrong, but we’re not wrong about the ID getting the leaker caught!), but this one is much more serious. Nearly an hour of footage can be seen by clicking here. The footage was captured from a test build of Diablo IV used internally for friends and family and showed several gameplay mechanics. Keep in mind that it is far from the final version of the game, so that things may change between now and release.

According to Blizzard, “Diablo IV’s version of Sanctuary is massive, and every inch is rife with opportunity for adventure. Character customization in the game is richer and more extensive than ever. Players can let their curiosity (and perhaps foolishness) guide them through over 140 dungeons and dozens of side quests in their pursuit of victory over Lilith’s forces… and ever-more-powerful gear.

Mighty world bosses pose added challenges throughout Sanctuary, encouraging players to team up with others they encounter on their journeys to defeat them and reap their treasures. And for the first time, players can forever alter the world around them by conquering and converting corrupted Strongholds into friendly outposts.”

Diablo IV will be released in 2023 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The cross-gen game will feature cross-play and cross-progression options, meaning you can play with anyone and pick up where you left off last time, although the constant server connection means you won’t be able to play offline at all. They don’t want piracy (which is why Diablo III doesn’t have an offline version on PC).
