MOZI HÍREK – Hollywood legend, Harrison Ford, provided a surprising answer to the question of which of his two iconic characters would win in a battle. According to Ford, there’s no question about who would come out on top.
Every fan has the question deep in their heart: if Han Solo and Indiana Jones, two legendary characters portrayed by Harrison Ford, were to clash, who would beat the other? In an interview with Esquire magazine, Ford humorously responded to the question, “They often ask me, ‘If Han Solo and Indiana Jones got into a fight, who would win?’ And I answer: ‘Me, asshole! I don’t want to fucking make shit up like that. I mean, what are you asking me that crap for??’”
The actor first portrayed Han Solo in Star Wars in 1977, and then returned to the role four more times throughout the franchise’s history. He first played the role of Indiana Jones in 1981, at the premiere of the film Raiders of the Lost Ark. Both characters have become pop culture icons, the faces of several action film series, so it’s no surprise that Ford often encounters this question.
Ford is currently preparing for his last appearance as Indiana Jones in the film “Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny,” which also stars Mads Mikkelsen and Phoebe Waller-Bridge.
“Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny” will arrive in British cinemas on June 28, 2023, and in American cinemas on June 30.
