Amber Heard Reportedly Did Not Give Elon Musk Permission to Share a Cosplay Photo of a Sexy Mercy from Owerwatch!

Actress Amber Heard did not give Elon Musk permission to post a photo of her as Overwatch character Mercy, according to a recent report.

Recently, it was revealed that actress Amber Heard did not give tech mogul Elon Musk permission to post a photo of her as Overwatch character Mercy. Though Elon Musk is more likely to make headlines for his daring space ventures and outspoken social media comments, this latest controversy has unexpectedly connected him to the world of gaming.

For those who may not be aware, the biography “Elon Musk,” written by Walter Isaacson and released on September 11th, provides a comprehensive overview of Musk’s multifaceted life. Through the pages of the book, readers get an intimate look into Musk’s world, including a rather unusual chapter of his romantic history. According to the book, Elon Musk made an unusual request during his relationship with actress Amber Heard that has now gone viral. Musk reportedly asked Heard to dress up as Mercy, a character in the popular video game series Overwatch.

This particular request was reportedly made on the set of the DC film Aquaman, in which Heard played a major supporting role. Later, Musk posted on social media platform X that Heard was indeed dressed as Mercy, which he found terrifying. Along with the statement, he also posted a picture of Amber Heard dressed as Mercy. Notably, Elon has a staggering following of over 156 million followers on X, and the picture currently has a whopping 20 million views. However, Page Six reports that Amber Heard did not give Elon permission to share the photo, which was originally intended to be “private.”

Mercy, a popular support character in Overwatch, stands out not only for her aesthetic appeal, but also as a dedicated advocate for peace and a brilliant scientist. Known for his ability to heal and strengthen his teammates, he is an iconic figure in the Overwatch community. While Musk’s attraction to the character may come as a surprise to some, his enthusiasm for Overwatch has long been known, as he has repeatedly praised the game.

An interesting twist to the story is that Lucie Pohl, the voice of Mercy in Overwatch, recently joined the conversation. Pohl playfully criticized Heard’s portrayal of Mercy and drew a humorous analogy to Musk’s Tesla company, suggesting that as the real Mercy, she could spot “production flaws” in this cosplay, like inspecting a Tesla vehicle. When social media users challenged her to show off her own Mercy cosplay, Pohl revealed that she had already donned the character’s outfit.
