Fans have already speculated where the Five Nights at Freddy’s Pizza trilogy might go

MOVIE NEWS – It was suspected from the beginning that the horror movie called Five Nights at Freddy’s Pizza could be the first part of a franchise. On the one hand, it is based on an extremely successful video game series, the motifs of which have already been published in a series of books and comics, thus creating an expanded universe, from which you can choose freely. On the other hand, the production company Blumhouse, which produced the film, likes to think in series from the start, and its calculation always works out (Paraphenomenals, Insidious, The night of crime).

The original story presented in the video game is relatively simple. A new security guard takes his place in a closed pizzeria, where huge animatronic figures used to entertain the guests. Many years later, these figures come to life at night and hunt for prey, so the protagonist has to pull himself together to survive the five nights indicated in the title.

Back in the spring, one of the main characters of Five Nights at Freddy’s Pizza, Matthew Lillard, said that he knew a trilogy was being made, and now SlashFilm has put together a theory that seems to stand on its feet . According to this, in addition to the guard (Josh Hutcherson), the policewoman seen in the trailer (Elizabeth Lail), who is not what she shows herself to be, also gets a serious role. Although at first he seems like a guide who gives good advice to the guard, in fact he also strengthens the camp of evil robots under the name Vanny. According to the fans’ idea, Vanny will be the main antagonist in the second part, and in the concluding part of the trilogy, he and his helpers must be defeated once and for all.

SlashFilm adds that this theory is just a game of fantasy, the creators of the film may be going in a completely different direction.
