[SOP 2024] Latest Trailer For Monster Hunter Wilds Has Arrived – It’s Going “Wild”! [VIDEO]

Another blockbuster is expected from Capcom in the form of Monster Hunter Wilds…

If you’re here, it’s probably because you’re excited about the next instalment in the Monster Hunter series. We haven’t heard anything about Monster Hunter Wilds for months now. The game was presented at The Game Awards 2023 with an intense trailer that no one expected. Since then, thousands of players have been waiting for Capcom to show more trailers and release more information about the next big instalment in the fantasy-action RPG franchise. Well, something very similar happened today at the State of Play, as we got a trailer to get excited about.

Capcom has released an exciting new trailer for Monster Hunter Wilds, which is only a few minutes long, but it’s more than enough for many players.

The game will debut in 2025 for PS5, PC and Xbox Series X/S. Today, we got to see new details, such as environments and monsters, from Capcom’s title. The company is calling the game “the best Monster Hunter yet,” and it certainly has what it takes to be the best title yet, as we reveal below.

The trailer shows us new monsters and more spectacular action scenes. There are moments when we can see that the environment is destructible. As well as being able to take advantage of this to deal damage to massive enemies. Likewise, the MHW map looks enormous. We also saw rocky, night and desert locations. The action RPG will also introduce us to barren environments that we can explore on the back of a creature. However, this is beneficial, as this way, we will be able to explore specific areas that are inaccessible on foot. After all, we will be able to jump and glide higher to reach our goal.

What else have we heard about Monster Hunter Wilds?

Another point to consider is the sandstorms seen in the previous trailer. They will force us to a different strategy when they approach us. On the other hand, one detail that we must not forget is the enemy herds, which can put us in multiple dilemmas if we get lost, so we have to choose the right moment to attack the herd. What is clear is that in the case of Monster Hunter Wilds, the decisions we make in seconds can determine our fate.
